PTechnology & NPRY Token - Terms of Service

Welcome to PTechnology. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PTechnology communication ecosystem, including all associated services, software, hardware, and the NPRY utility token ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Definitions

• "PTechnology," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the entity providing the PTechnology ecosystem.
• "Services" refers to the entire PTechnology ecosystem, including but not limited to PPcrypt, Non-Pry App, NPConf, Global eSIM Service, Virtual Numbers, and all future products like the nPhone, NPRY Wallet Suite, NPRYPay, and nWatch.
• "NPRY Token" or "NPRY" refers to the blockchain-based utility token required to access and pay for the Services.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Services.

2. Description of Services

PTechnology provides a privacy-first communication ecosystem built on a closed, isolated network architecture. Our Services are designed to offer secure voice/video calls, messaging, and internet access while protecting users from surveillance, data exploitation, and cybercrime. The core principles of our Services are Zero-Data-Storage and Zero-Data-Monetization.

3. Access to Services & The NPRY Token

• Mandatory Use of NPRY Token: Access to and payment for all PTechnology Services requires the use of the NPRY Token. As outlined in our project roadmap, NPRY is the exclusive payment method within the ecosystem. This is a fundamental component of our privacy architecture, eliminating the need for traditional billing profiles and identity verification.
• No Traditional Accounts: PTechnology does not utilize traditional user accounts that require personal information. Your access is granted and managed via your cryptographic wallet holding NPRY tokens.
• Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and managing the wallet you use to hold and transact with NPRY. PTechnology has no access to or control over your personal wallet and cannot assist with key recovery. Loss of your private keys will result in the permanent loss of your NPRY tokens and your ability to access the Services.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Be solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, or information you transmit while using the Services.
• Not use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purpose, including but not limited to terrorism, money laundering, or harassment.
• Not attempt to interfere with, compromise the security or integrity of, or reverse-engineer any part of the PTechnology ecosystem.

PTechnology reserves the right to deny service access to any wallet address suspected of being involved in activities that violate these terms, to the extent technically possible within our privacy-preserving framework.

5. The NPRY Token - Disclaimers and Nature

• Utility Token: The NPRY Token is a utility token designed exclusively to function as a key for accessing and using the PTechnology Services.
• Not a Security or Investment: NPRY is not a security and does not represent an investment. Holding NPRY does not grant you any equity, ownership, or profit-sharing rights in PTechnology or any related entity.
• No Expectation of Profit: You acknowledge that you are acquiring NPRY for its utility within the PTechnology ecosystem and not with the expectation of generating profit from its purchase or holding.
• Regulatory Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your acquisition and use of the NPRY Token are compliant with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Taxation: You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your transactions with NPRY tokens.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, hardware (e.g., nPhone, nWatch), branding, and technology, are and will remain the exclusive property of PTechnology and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the PTechnology name or any of its trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is the foundation of our Services. Our approach to privacy and data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Our Zero-Data-Storage policy means we do not possess user data to provide to any third party, including law enforcement.

8. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing all use of the Services and your NPRY tokens. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services if we determine you have violated these Terms, to the extent technically feasible without compromising the privacy of the network.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. DUE TO THE ZERO-DATA-STORAGE ARCHITECTURE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DATA, MESSAGES, OR COMMUNICATIONS SENT VIA THE SERVICES ARE NOT BACKED UP OR RECOVERABLE BY PTECHNOLOGY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PTECHNOLOGY, ITS FOUNDERS, TEAM, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, OR FOR THE LOSS OF CRYPTOGRAPHIC ASSETS (NPRY TOKENS), WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR WALLET; (C) ANY VOLATILITY OR LOSS IN VALUE OF THE NPRY TOKEN. IN NO EVENT SHALL PTECHNOLOGY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PTechnology and its affiliates, founders, officers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Company's Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court.

13. Changes to Terms
